Levin, J., would hold this case in abeyance for People v Cooks, 11/January/1994, in which this Court granted leave to appeal limited to the issue whether the circuit court ""failed to instruct the jury properly with regard to its obligation to render a unanimous verdict."" 444 Mich 874 (1993).
