Order On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. The motion to hold the application in abeyance pending this Court's Disposition of People v Thomas Jurk (Docket No. 97956) is considered, and it is DENIED. Levin, J., would hold this case in abeyance for People v Cooks, 11/January/1994, in which this Court granted leave to appeal limited to the issue whether the circuit court ""failed to instruct the jury properly with regard to its obligation to render a unanimous verdict."" 444 Mich 874 (1993).
