Order On order of the Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the judgment of the Court of Appeals and REINSTATE the judgment of the Recorder's Court for the City of Detroit. The defendants do not assert that their waivers of jury trial were, in fact, involuntary, and we thus are persuaded that any error was harmless. The motion for stay is DENIED as moot.
