Order By order of December 6, 1994, the delayed application for leave to appeal was held in ABEYANCE pending the decision in People v Fields (Docket No. 97269). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on March 7, 1995, 448 Mich. 58 (1995), the delayed application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court. Levin and Cavanagh, JJ., would remand the case to the trial court for resentencing in light of People v Fields, 448 Mich. 58; 528 N.W.2d 176 (1995).
