Order On order of the Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal is considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Washtenaw Circuit Court for resentencing in accordance with this Court's decision in People v Schultz, 435 Mich 517; 460 NW2d 505 (1990). On the date that the ameliorative amendments took effect, this defendant was pursuing a direct appeal, with an appropriate sentencing issue raised and preserved (Supreme Court Docket No. 84772). Schultz, 435 Mich at 526. We do not retain jurisdiction.
