Order By order of February 25, 1991, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Whiteside (Docket No. 87630). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on April 29, 1991, 437 Mich 188 (1991), the application is again considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.301(F) (1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE that part of the Court of Appeals judgment that orders the trial court on remand to give the defendant sentence credit for time spent as a resident in a rehabilitation program as a condition of probation. People v Whiteside. We REMAND this case to the trial court for further proceedings in accordance with the Court of Appeals judgment as modified by this order.
