Order On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the judgment of the Court of Appeals and REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for consideration of the issues that it did not reach in its earlier decision. The trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying the defendant's request to withdraw his guilty plea. MCR 6.310(B). Cavanagh, C.J., and Levin, J., would grant or deny leave to appeal and Dissent from the peremptory reversal of the Court of Appeals.
