Order By order of November 24, 1992, the delayed application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v VanderVliet (Docket No. 93260). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on September 21, 1993, 444 Mich 52 (1993), the application is again considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND the case to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of People v VanderVliet.
