Order On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the judgment of the Court of Appeals which affirmed the suppression of Breathalyzer test results. Viewed in its entirety, the evidence presented by the prosecution was sufficient to satisfy the ""15-minute"" observation requirement. We REMAND this matter to the Twelfth District Court for further proceedings consistent with this order. Levin, J., and Cavanagh, C.J., state as follows:
