In two points of error, appellant contends that (1) the evidence was legally insufficient to support his conviction; and (2) the trial court abused its discretion in instructing the jurors to continue with their deliberations after 5:00 p.m., when the trial court had previously told the jurors that they would not work past 5:00 or 5:30 p.m.
