Order On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the judgment of the Court of Appeals. The record shows that the defendant stipulated to the use of a jury of eleven members. In these circumstances, reversal is not required. We REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for consideration of the remaining issues raised by the defendant. Boyle, J., not participating.
