Order On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the judgment of the Court of Appeals insofar as it vacated the ""no parole"" provision of the defendant's sentence, and we REINSTATE the judgment of the Macomb Circuit Court, for the reasons stated in People v. Fluker, 442 Mich 890; 498 NW2d 431(1993), Docket No. 95476-8. Cavanagh, C.J., would grant leave to appeal for the reasons set forth in the Dissenting statement in People v. Fluker.
