Order On June 14, 1994, this Court entered an order remanding the case to the circuit court for an evidentiary hearing. After the circuit court submitted its findings, on November 16, 1994, we ordered the prosecutor to show cause why the defendant's conviction should not be reversed. The prosecuting attorney filed a response to the order, and the defendant filed a reply. On order of the Court, the motion for reconsideration is again considered, and it is GRANTED. On reconsideration, the circuit court having found that the defendant was denied effective assistance of counsel because of the conflict of interest of her trial attorney, we REVERSE the defendant's conviction and REMAND the case to the Calhoun Circuit Court for a new trial.
