Order On order of the Court, the motion to remand and the delayed application for leave to appeal are considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the order of the Court of Appeals and REMAND this case to that Court with directions that it remand the case to the Recorder's Court for the City of Detroit for a hearing on the allegations raised in the affidavits of trial counsel and defendant. The hearing shall be held before a Judge other than the one who conducted trial. We do not retain jurisdiction.
