Order On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND the case to the trial court with the direction that it secure the presence of the juror who allegedly brought extraneous materials into the jury room during deliberation for the purpose of examination under oath as to the alleged misconduct, and that it promptly provide a copy of the transcript of that examination together with its findings to this Court. We retain jurisdiction.
